“ I love this place, but I don't recommend going for dinner on the weekends because of the noise level in the large dining room. I suggest either eat in the bar or go during lunch hours. Love the service, love the food, but I also like to be able to hear the people sitting with me, and that is difficult on busy nights. ”
“ Delicious cappachinos or however you spell that and sweet staff. this is me adding more thoughts ”
“ A quaint neighborhood spot with turkish coffee! Was kinda surprised they serve that. The barista was very friendly. Looks like they do live music too! Would be cool to catch that sometimes. The turkish coffee was decent, a bit watery. Might be because we got the large size rather than a small. ”
“ I've only had an Americano - it was really tasty and i asked for hazelnut syrup (which I never do) and that was good too. Super friendly staff. We sat outside. Will be back for local treats and maybe some Turkish coffee on a cooler day. ”
“ Great hole-in-the-wall neighborhood stop for coffee and sandwiches. A wide variety of coffee selections including Turkish coffee and espresso based drinks. The paninis are also a great option. I highly recommend stopping by to check this spot out. ”
“ Service was great and the Turkish coffee was perfect. Nice kinda funky family owned place. Definitely will go back next time in the area. Recommended! ”
“ Visiting PDX again, and had my first (and second) Turkish coffee here. Outstanding, friendly service. The barista I met was very kind and she explained a lot about the culture and coffee. I also met (I think) the owner on my second visit and he was awesome to chat with. The coffee was excellent. The atmosphere was very cozy and live music is there on occasion. . ”
“ Cozy place in SE to get a decent turkish coffee. Their regular coffee and espresso is also pretty good. Diverse, friendly and have live music once in a while. Also grab a beer or a glass of wine in the afternoon or evening! ”
“ Whenever we stop into Dario's Place I always have a dessert, sandwich, or coffee. Sometimes both :-) thank you for the best hospitality and service in the Portland area. Everything I've tried on the menu has been really great. This Cafe has great hours too. Most nights they stay open late. Everyone that works behind the counter is friendly and does their best to serve great food and drinks. We love being here!. Check out their lineup for upcoming belly dance shows. Always entertaining with a variety of personalities and talents!. ”
“ I've been to this location many times with my friend Leeland and I love their Arabic coffee. They give you the sugar cubes and everything. The pastries are fresh made and delicious and go well with the coffee too, obviously. They have live shows and... wait for it... belly dancing. They can really groove and shake those hips, it's crazy. The menu is good too for food. It's been around a while and a nice spot to enjoy yourself. ”
